Hi, my name is Maor Shpans
I am the President and Broker of Record of Adama Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. 20 Years in the real estate game. Throughout my long career, I have fought for clients in the pursuit of finding their dream home, investments properties, and, ensure we get top dollar in the sale of their property. To this day, I am still going strong.
In 2001, I started working for Allan Brown Real Estate, which at the time, was one of the biggest real estate brokerages in the Greater Toronto Area. In 2003, Mr. Brown promoted me as the New Homes Sales and Marketing Manager. During my time there, I was thrown into shark-infested waters comprised of the Greater Toronto Area’s top Builders and Developers and was exposed to the most intensive, fast-paced, and, high-pressured real estate environments one can ever imagine. At one point I was managing up to 18 new home sites in the Greater Toronto Area along with 35 new home real estate agents.
I then joined Arista Homes as the Sales and Marketing Manager in 2011. I continued to learn under their superb management and executive team and gained invaluable experience working for one of the largest new home builders in Greater Toronto Area.
In 2014 I joined Roy Hobbs in managing a new home site for Opus Homes in Aurora. In addition, I was given the task of selling 3 custom newly built homes at Bathurst and Wilson. The market was soft and slow however, by having an unprecedented work ethic, drive, dedication & determination in order to achieve the ultimate results, I sold all 3. The thought of giving up never even crossed my mind. In order to achieve maximum results, I am not shy or afraid to think outside the box and, have been very successful in doing so. For example, while working with Arista Homes, we had a new home sales site at Bathurst and Sheppard with a large Jewish demographic. In order to appeal to this demographic, I had brought in a Mashgiach (COR representative overseeing kosher) to assist in designing an optional kosher kitchen. In another instance, we had another site in Markham where I brought in a Feng Shui Master to ensure all the floor plans were approved by them, in order to appeal to more potential buyers. Both sites sold out.
The amount of knowledge I gained throughout those years is absolutely priceless. I learned all the ins and outs of real estate from some of the most ruthless and smartest business people. From negotiation tactics to marketing skills, to effectively generate interest in one’s product. The kind that no post-secondary school or sales system/program will teach you and, no one else will tell you or, spend the time to educate you with.
So, in 2015, I felt as if I had earned my black belt in real estate. I opened Adama Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. I am truly grateful to have had up to this day and moving forward, incredible client’s that put 100% of their trust and faith in me with truly what is considered the biggest purchase and/or sale of their life.
I have managed new home & condo sales for some of the biggest builders in the country such as The Conservatory Group, Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and, Touchstone Homes, eclipsing well over 10,000 new home and condo units, sold multi-million-dollar residential and commercial properties, sold residential development sites, and, leased basement apartments, condos & homes. Each one them shares a common denominator. Every single client, no matter how big or how small, will receive from me, an unprecedented work ethic, drive, dedication and determination in order to achieve the Ultimate Results. Choose Wisely.
